Lip Gloss Freak Reload

Lip gloss freak comes back!!! She brings two tubes of lip gloss back home tonight.

One is the Dior Addict Ultra Gloss, 'I can use it in every working day, the hue can enlighten my little pale face inside a freezing office.' She thought.

Another one is Kiehl's Lip Gloss (Golden Berry), 'The price is reasonable' she justified. 'This sweetie golden berry tone is perfect for weekends and no make up days, the texture is creamy and moisturized, and I love its mango scent...I have also chosen Pink Rider for my sister, the lovely pinky colour should fit her very much'

Lip gloss freak has already gotten 4-5 half-used lip gloss and at least 3 lip sticks, but she just cannot wait to buy the latest one in the market.

'Wearing lip gloss makes me happy, and it is something you just need to spend a hundred more dollars you can get a very high quality one', she insists her behaviour is rational .

Bikini vs. Bandage vs. one-piece

I was trying to find a reasonably well covered Bikini but what I could find from ROXY and QUIKSILVER are those EXTREMELY little and non-supportive swimsuits which formed by 3 separated tiny pieces.

Are the manufacturers believing all Hong Kong girls are having flat chests and they used to wear bandage when they are on the ground? And I will never consider those selling to department stores which are very 'tai-tai' style - Eye -catching floral prints in neon colours with a mini skirts to cover your fatty bottom etc etc, you know what I mean.

I do need a new 'functional' swimsuit - the one I can wear for swimming care-freely, but I am afraid one-piece is my only choice.

Violin Lessons 2

As Lucas was sick last week, I did not have enough practice of violin. You know, I was really upset and my violin skill were still not good enough for me to convey my saddness between the strings. Instead, everyday I just spent as much time as I can to him.

Therefore, I was disappointed to my performance during the last lesson due to the inadequate of practice, and I was not concentrated at all, surely the teacher also sensed it.

To remedy it, I practiced much more in the last three days, each day I played at least 45 minutes. Well, I cannot see the significant improvement, but at least now I can play one piece of Bach's music, a simple song which will be taught in the next lessons.

I will not allow myself to give up this time. This is the goal I set for myself.

By the way, Jeff complains that my 'working bee' entries are boring, I will try to write more other things else.

Oh, how come I become so customers' oriented???

Super good appetite

What happen on me?? I am craving all the time, now I am having midnight cookies.

And this morning I could swallow a whole bowl of noodles during lunch time, this is unusual to me as I used to have leftover.

Oh no......

I can see a bright and sunny day

Phew!! Lucas is getting much better and I do not feel that depressed today.

'Perception is reality' - this is true. You will feel better if you think positively. Tin Tin is the one who taught me this famous quote, he mentions this in his EVERY presentation and the clients are seemed to be impressed. He said being a market researcher we should have something like this in our fingertips.

I am sure what in his fingertips is much more than that... he is messy but with extraordinary strong memory on findings, and he can draw a conclusion even the fieldwork is not yet kicked off, we call him the 'magician'.

Feel so tired in these few days, many ad hoc works on top of the current one, different clients were pushy on various missions, luckily most had been settled down, I can schedule some time to have a field visit tomorrow, in a hospital. It is nice to get away from my chaotic desk for a while.

Cross my fingers, hope all my works in field are so far so good.

Shiny marine blue Mascara

Lucas is sick, but I cannot take a day off to take care of him because I should manage many works today. I am not in very good mood these few days. However, I should not let myself grumbling all the time, I believe that making some little thing changes from the routine can make myself feel better.

Therefore I applied the Ipsa shiny marine blue Mascara today. It brings out the subtly light and shimmering blue colour on my eyelashes under the sun, and which highlights my eyes naturally.

Colour Mascara only works well with fair skin and light make up, otherwise it will be awkward and unmatched. (Some waitresses in Chinese restaurants like to wear peacock blue mascara which looks so old fashioned with their heavy make up). Thanks god that my skin condition is pretty good.
