How big can it be?

I watched a story about a big family in Discovery channel (again...). Can you imagine a family with 17 children, with the 18th on the way? They are Duggar family.

Do you have interest to know how such a huge family can operate well in good order? The key points are "dedication" and "buddy system" - each children have a buddy to support each others to accomplish goals. The kids are sharing housework and behave decently. The Duggar is really good in teamwork and management.
