I am in a hyper-stressful mode right after the Chinese New Year. I am filled with pressure, anger and frustration. I think I was exploded last two days, thanks for Jelly who triggered it and magnified it. What can you do if your boss bullies you? Execute the weapon of the weak - gossiping him, showing him your poker face even he tells jokes, etc.

All my colleague seems suffering from their work also by simply looking at their personal message or nick name in MSN: 'Eat dead cat', 'Defensive in different style.. chaos', 'Perception is reality? Or delusion?' My message is 'Accept scapegoating is my art of life.'

What a bunch of pathetic women in our working place.

Who will be in the leading role II

You should not prepare nothing before the show, even you are a genius... not to mention you are not actually.

This is what comes to my mind during today's the phone review.

We had completed all the backstage work by Friday evening and Jelly had done all the preparation for the conference call over the weekend. However, that hopeless big head in another side really wants to play the leading role, despite that he hasn't gone through the whole report at all. He told the client that he didn't go through the whole deck because the second part I sent him before could not get through his email as the server was broken down on Friday.

Then my client asks him why he didn't check his email on Saturday and Sunday.

He embarrasses himself even during part 1 (the part he admitted he had received) - I can tell you the quality of the report is excellent, we even wrote all the insight and commentary for the charts, but he just presents crab!!! He says something that contradicting to the finding, or simply read aloud what Jelly wrote...

When Jelly rescued him or correct what he said, he just replies: ' right, this is the point I am going to make.'

You know what, I also feel embarrassing because he is one of the big heads in my company. How can a person in such senior position delivering such poor quality review to the client?? He is already very lucky because we are having phone conference instead of face-to-face on-site presentation, otherwise I think what can rescue him is a hole on the ground which eats him up suddenly.

Thanks to someone who insists to be the big brother but turns out lacks of capability to play this role. Now we take back all backstage and front stage roles in the very last minute.

However, Mr.-insists-to-be-the-big-brother still wants to struggle to stand in the front of the stage, pretending that he is the one who devoted all bloody effort on the performance.

And the audience annoys me, who asked you to change the leading actor?

Not my day...

Yesterday was Murphy's day, today is my bad hair day.

Presentation done!!

I had just done a presentation at client's place this morning. My stomach got butterflies right before the meeting, guess it was caused by the stress. Luckily, no nervous feeling once I started it.

It is really a good experience. The ambience was not very stress also. Well, someone tried to attack us and challenged the finding, but most of them were very nice and we joked and laughed at the end of the meeting.

A good learning for me!!

Ms. Glo and Europe - The Last Episode

Well well well, the project which Samantha and me worked for almost one year, is going to be completed by mid Feb. The final presentation will be on Feb 15. I told Sam, our life will be changed ever after that day.

This is the most expensive study our company had done so far, it involves countless late nights, especially for Ah Jei and Samantha, thousands of phone calls and millions of email correspondences. Now we are stepping into the last episode, into the last chapter. We are panicked by the 'unusual' reporting schedule which ahead of us, but I keep telling myself, the mission will be accomplished in a foreseeable future - 2 weeks later.

Surely I should sacrifice the Valentine's Day this year, but if it can help us to get a carefree Chinese New Year, it is still worth.

Alright, the nine Europe countries, what are you waiting for?
