Shed the weight

After two weeks of regular work out, I can shed the fat from my body effectively.

I do exercises about 4-5 days a week, include:

Jogging
Yoga
Aerobic
Hiking
Tennis

Work out also brings me energy and strengths, I should keep this habit.
