I went cycling from Shatin and the Science Park on Tuesday, and jogged for 30 minutes on Wednesday evening. I will practice yoga today afternoon. Wow, I feel really good. It is so nice to do exercise all by yourself, you can enjoy your very private and personal time
My belly is firmer and starts to build muscle.
